Pudong is Shanghai’s principal long-haul gateway. Share your flight and onward plans so your welcome can be arranged around your arrival terminal and the assistance permitted for your journey.
Pudong (PVG) and Hongqiao (SHA) are separate airports. A journey between them requires separate transfer arrangements.

Available on request, subject to confirmation. Any additional cost will be explained in your quotation. Your host is distinct from the authorised airport greeter; restricted-area access is never implied.

Useful airport information
Two main terminals (T1 and T2) plus a satellite concourse.
Linked to the city by metro and the Maglev train to Longyang Road, as well as taxis and pre-booked cars.
- Most long-haul international arrivals into Shanghai use Pudong.
- Satellite gates can add walking or shuttle time to your journey.
- If your onward flight leaves from Hongqiao (SHA), you will need to change airports — this is not a same-airport connection.

Can you help with a Pudong to Hongqiao journey?
PVG and SHA are different airports. Tell us both flights and request a private transfer quotation; airport-change arrangements must be checked and confirmed separately.
What is included in the starting price?
Services start from US$400. Your personal quotation sets out the agreed airport assistance for your journey. Requested additions and any extra cost are confirmed separately.
Can I request a Western host fluent in Mandarin?
Yes. Select this preference in your enquiry. Availability, meeting arrangements and additional cost are confirmed personally. The host is not a substitute for an authorised airport greeter and is not promised access to restricted airport areas.
Can I enquire without flight details?
Yes. Select ‘I don’t have my flight details yet’ and share what you know. We will need the final details before arrangements can be confirmed.
What happens if my flight is delayed or my plans change?
Please contact us with the updated details. Waiting, delay, amendment and cancellation terms are confirmed for your journey before you accept the quotation. No refund or unlimited-waiting guarantee is implied.
