Meet & greet from US$400

- Optional Mandarin-speaking Western host
- Individual quotation before payment
Welcome to Beijing
A personal welcome at Beijing’s southern gateway.
Make your arrival at Beijing Daxing feel personal. We arrange a clear meeting plan and thoughtful airport assistance, with practical China support that stays with you beyond the terminal.
Daxing’s distinctive terminal brings many routes together south of Beijing. Your flight, arrival date and onward plans help us confirm the assistance and meeting arrangements suited to your visit.
Beijing Daxing uses the code PKX, not PEK. Beijing Capital is a different airport; changing between them needs separate arrangements.
From your first welcome to your onward plans, we bring personal attention and practical China knowledge to your journey. Share your travel plans and we’ll personally confirm the assistance that can be arranged.

Useful airport information
One main terminal with five piers radiating from a central hub.
Served by the Daxing Airport Express line and high-speed rail connections.
- The single terminal keeps walking distances relatively compact for its size.
- Transfers to Beijing Capital (PEK) are an airport change, not a connection within one airport.
Beijing Daxing: your questions
Can you assist with an onward flight from Daxing?
Choose Connection if both flights use PKX and share each local date and time. If the onward flight uses PEK, this is an airport change and separate arrangements need to be confirmed.
What is included in the starting price?
Services start from US$400. Your personal quotation sets out the agreed airport assistance for your journey. Requested additions and any extra cost are confirmed separately.
Can I request a Western host fluent in Mandarin?
Yes. Select this preference in your enquiry. Availability, meeting arrangements and additional cost are confirmed personally. The host is not a substitute for an authorised airport greeter and is not promised access to restricted airport areas.
Can I enquire without flight details?
Yes. Select ‘I don’t have my flight details yet’ and share what you know. We will need the final details before arrangements can be confirmed.
What happens if my flight is delayed or my plans change?
Please contact us with the updated details. Waiting, delay, amendment and cancellation terms are confirmed for your journey before you accept the quotation. No refund or unlimited-waiting guarantee is implied.
