Connection assistance is for journeys where both flights use the same airport. A greeter helps you find your way between arrival and your onward flight. We cannot guarantee you will make a connection — that depends on flight times and airport processes.

Connection assistance covers journeys where both flights use the same airport. Changing between Shanghai Pudong (PVG) and Hongqiao (SHA), or Beijing Capital (PEK) and Daxing (PKX), is an airport transfer — please send us an enquiry.
