Beijing Capital is the city’s established north-eastern airport. Its terminal areas can be extensive, so knowing your flight and terminal helps us plan the right meeting point and assistance.
Beijing Capital (PEK) is not Beijing Daxing (PKX). Please check the airport code on your ticket; travel between them is a separate airport transfer.

Three terminals (T1, T2, T3). T3 is large and split into separate halls.
Connected to central Beijing by the Airport Express line, taxis and private cars.
- Terminal 3 is very large — allow time between halls.
- Daxing (PKX) is far south of the city; changing between PEK and PKX is an airport transfer.
Beijing Capital: your questions
Is Beijing Capital the same as Beijing Daxing?
No. PEK is Beijing Capital and PKX is Beijing Daxing. They are separate airports. If your flights use both, enquire with both flight details so separate transfer arrangements can be considered.
What is included in the starting price?
Services start from US$400. Your personal quotation sets out the agreed airport assistance for your journey. Requested additions and any extra cost are confirmed separately.
Can I request a Western host fluent in Mandarin?
Yes. Select this preference in your enquiry. Availability, meeting arrangements and additional cost are confirmed personally. The host is not a substitute for an authorised airport greeter and is not promised access to restricted airport areas.
Can I enquire without flight details?
Yes. Select ‘I don’t have my flight details yet’ and share what you know. We will need the final details before arrangements can be confirmed.
What happens if my flight is delayed or my plans change?
Please contact us with the updated details. Waiting, delay, amendment and cancellation terms are confirmed for your journey before you accept the quotation. No refund or unlimited-waiting guarantee is implied.
